Today's post is related to hair care, a product which was spontaneous
purchase from Superdrug when I was exploring their Asian aisle. The product
which caught my attention was Vatika naturals volume and thickness styling hair
cream it retails for £2.49 but price varies online. I have been using this
product for 2 months and have
helped my hair appear thicker and voluminous. Thus, it has become part of
my hair care routine.
What is this product for? It's a styling hair cream which helps
boost limp, lifeless hair and giving you voluminous hair.
What does this product contain? Well it contains natural
ingredients such as coconut, henna and almond. These ingredients help in hair
growth and makes hair stronger. Henna is almost like protein treatment thus
makes hair stronger and resilient to breakage and damage. Coconut is rich in
antioxidants and antibacterial properties, thus improves scalp health, promotes
hair growth and adds volume and shine without any chemicals. Almond is not only beneficial for brain but also beneficial for your hair as it helps in curing hair
falls, and dandruff.
There are 2 ways I have been using this product before washing my hair and after hair wash. Before shampooing mix the cream with any oil of your
preferences such as coconut, almond, argan or castor. Personally I have been
loving my coconut oil thus I mix the small quantity with coconut oil and
massage it from root to tip of hair. Leave it in for 15 to 30 minutes and wash
it of with the shampoo of your preference. After wash while your hair is wet
apply very tiny amount of the cream into your tip and left over at your root.
Remember you don't want to apply too much in your root as it may make your hair
look greasy.
Pros: - Hair appears thicker and voluminous, smells great, and
affordable.
Cons: - May make hair look greasier, not easily available in all
the Superdrug but available online
